CONSULTING

Pastry is my everything.  It’s what I’ve committed my life to for the past 14 years.  In my opinion nothing, and I mean NOTHING, can soothe the soul like a delicious sweet treat.  One of the most important but often overlooked parts of many restaurants, coffee shops or cafes is the dessert menu.  It’s the last impression your guests will have of their dinning experience and it should just be good…  It should be great.

Enter: Tiffany MacIsaac Pastry Coaching & Consulting

I started consulting/coaching to be able to do what I love most.  Work with talented chefs and restaurants to create inspired desserts that complement an amazing meal.  From a single pastry recipe to an entire years worth of seasonal menus I can help you focus your menu into something your team can execute on a high level consistently.   Let me spend time in your kitchen to see how it runs then work with you, keeping your kitchen structure in mind, to build composed plates you love, simple to extraordinary.

CLASSES/COACHING

From the perfect pie crust to homemade bread, perfectly frosted layer cakes to wonderful biscuits and scones it usually just takes one-2 classes to move past your fear of imperfection and into a position of confidence in the kitchen.  After all, baking at home should be fun, right?  I am available for one on one lessons or groups up to 4.  Let me walk you through making delicious pastries and never worry about stress in the kitchen again!

  1. I was on a work detail in DC and went to your shop every day…I became hooked on the chocolate-peanutbutter-oatmeal bars (can’t recall the name). I ate them daily for two weeks! My son has a medical condition that requires him to be a vegetarian (little protein). I think he would love this….any chance you can give me any hints to the recipe? thnx!

    • Hi Nicole,

I would be happy to share the recipe. SO glad to hear you enjoyed it. please email me at: buzz at buzz bakery dot com. I am swamped through the weekend but I’ll gladly send it your way after that.

      Best,
      Tiffany

  2. If this is the Bionic Buzz Bar, these are amazing. I first had one a couple of years ago while visiting my son who is stationed in DC. Fell in love with them, but live in Arizona. I have tried to duplicate without any luck- is there any information you can share?

  3. I just saw that you were having a pie class at Buzz, but missed the chance to register. Any chance you’ll be doing more classes in the near future?

    • Hi Katie!

So sorry you missed the class but, yes, we do plan to do more classes at Buzz Alexandria. My head decorator, Alexandra, will be teaching a Bouche de Noel class in December around the 17/18th. We plan cake decorating, sugar cookies and more for the coming year!

Subscribe to the buzz email list for updates.

      Stay tuned!
      Tiff

  4. Not Katie, but wrote to you months ago asking if you could share the recipe to the Bionic Buzz Bar… I live in Arizona and difficult to get Buzz bars. I was introduced to your buzz bars while visiting my son in Washington DC. Love them!
